How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within a few days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping for our horse rider equipment and equestrian products. Delivery times and charges may vary depending on the destination country.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. A valid proof of purchase is required.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us first. Once your return request is approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are allowed. The fastest way is to return your item first and then place a new order for the desired product.
What items cannot be returned?
Certain items like perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
